*When renting either the Coastline View Room or the Garden Room, the Lounge and full kitchen are NOT included. Single room rentals include a small refrigerator and Keurig brewing machine with coffee/tea. There is no cooking, smoking, or other heat or flame device use allowed of any kind within the historical bedroom portion of the Cottage due to it being entirely constructed of wood…ceilings, walls, floors…are all solid wood, no drywall.
